"If I had only one word to describe the tour we had by Cynthia , it would be FABULOUS! She was informative, enthusiastic and a delight to be around. We were a party of 4 women and wished we could have taken her with us for the rest of our trip. Her tour helped us to understand the history of Zurich and really appreciate the city we were seeing. She even adapted her tour to include a stop at the train station in order to help us purchase tickets to our next city. She made touring fun!"

"Cynthia's English was flawless as she is American. Her knowledge was thorough seeing as she has lived in Zürich for a dozen years or so, combined with her collegiate study of European history. She adapted her itinerary due to inclement weather and gave us exposure to both some local history as well as sampling local foods (cheese and chocolate) from her favorite purveyors. She also incorporated a few items that we were interested in doing that were not in her original plan."
